Abstract
Present status and perspectives of further experiments on electron-imp act excitation of atomic autoionizing states by the coincidence (e,2e) method are discussed on the basis of the current theoretical investig ations in the Moscow-Dubna-Ulan-Bator group (Balashov, Grum-Grzhimailo , Lhagva, Magunov, Strakhova).
