Abstract
Two types of impregnation solvents were suggested for preparation of t he ruthenium supported catalysts. Charcoal, silica, alumina and titani a supports were used. Special attention was paid to reduction and acti vation conditions of nonreduced and passivated forms, respectively. Hy drogenation of 1-heptene, cyclohexene, benzene and acetophenone in the liquid phase were studied using the prepared catalysts.
