Abstract
This study concerns the influence of a manganese addition to the zinc
bath on the phenomenon of over-thicknesses of coatings observed by San
delin during galvanization ai 450-degrees-C of silicon killed of semi-
killed steels The manganese content in the liquid zinc thus modifies t
he coatings obtained and the mattes observed at the bottom of the bath
