The typical symptoms and signs of venous stasis disease with ulceratio n were found in a lower limb reconstruction within the tissues of a tu be pedicled abdominal mail tissue transfer, performed 39 years previou sly. Varicosities mere found on venogram to be limited to the donor ti ssue only.
