Abstract
New compounds - podands and cryptands with two secondary sulfonamide g roups - have been synthesized and are described. They were tested as i onophores for guanidinium ions in PVC-membrane electrodes with bis (2- ethylhexyl)sebacate (DOS) as plasticizer.
