Abstract
As the survival duration and cure rate of children with malignant cond itions improve, awareness of long-term side effects is crucial. Two ca se reports demonstrate long-term changes in dentition and orofacial de velopment in children who had been treated for facial malignant condit ions. Changes included mandibular and maxillary hypoplasia, partial an odontia, microdontia, altered eruption pattern, root stunting, and alt ered amelogenesis.
