Abstract
In the paper a study about the reactive extraction of Penicilliln V, f or the water-butylacetate system, is reported. The reactive extraction was carried out with Amberlit LA-2 in a glass column, at constant tem perature, using a pulsatory mixer. The influence of pH-value, amine co ncentration in organic phase, extraction time, Penicillin V concentrat ion in aqueous phase, volumetric ratio aqueous phase : organic phase o n the separation yield has been followed.
