Abstract
A new method for purity determination of eutectic systems with the aid of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) is described. This method allows the purity to be calculated directly from the form of the melti ng peak in the measured curve. The heating rate, sample mass and impur ity are not restricted to small amounts.
