Abstract
Theoretical and experimental results for QW-diode oscillators integrat ed with a rectangular microstrip antenna, forming an active antenna, a re reported. Multimode operation is demonstrated for the active antenn a, with an equivalent isotropic radiated power (EIRP) of 0. 73 mW for the antenna TM01 mode, at 810 MHz. (C) 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
