Abstract
Minor head trauma precipitated oculomotor nerve palsies in two patient s who subsequently were discovered to have ipsilateral posterior commu nicating artery aneurysms. A history of minor trauma should not dissua de investigation for underlying causes of oculomotor nerve palsy, incl uding intracranial aneurysm.
