Abstract
After presentation of postgastrectomy syndromes the methods for demons trating the quantity of alkaline reflux are described. In 81 patients with gastrectomy the authors compare the reconstruction methods - name d after Siewert/Peiper, Hunt/Lawrence, Schreiber and Schloffer - accor ding to their reflux characteristics. The Y-Roux anastomosis shows bet ter results than the Schloffer method.
