Abstract
A rare case of choledochal cyst complicated by papillary adenocarcinom a in the cystically dilated intrahepatic bile duct is reported. The tu mor was located in the neck of the cystic lesion, and imaging modaliti es failed to show communication between the cystic lesion and the bile ducts.
