Abstract
A patient with adult-onset Still's disease who presented with myelodys plastic syndrome (MDS) after a course of 6 years is reported. To our k nowledge, this is the first such reported case. The patient died of ac ute myelocytic leukemia. The possibility that cyclosporine contributed to the onset of MDS is discussed.
