Abstract
The effect of polymer based enterosorbents with active functional grou ps on the cytochrome P-450-dependent monooxygenase system of the liver was studied in patients with ovarian cancer (III-IV stage) during che motherapy. It was established that the enterosorbents reduced the toxi c effect of antitumour drugs and enhanced the liver antitoxic function , which was expressed in a significant (practically two-fold) decrease of half-life time of antipyrine in patients.
