Abstract
The alterations in amino acid composition of type I collagen have been studied in C57B1 mice with transplantable melanoma B-16. It has been found out that metastatic spreading was accompanied by marked changes of both monoaminodicarboxylic and iminoacids. The changes found may te stify to alteration of the collagen structure in melanoma B-16 metasta sizing.
