Abstract
The influence of both physicochemical electrode characteristics and el ectrolysis parameters on the potential stability of titanium supported RuO2-TiO2 electrodes in strong acidic solutions has been studied. An attempt to relate the operational lifetime of the electrodes to a numb er of parameters through an approximate empirical model has been devel oped from the experimental results.
