PROBABILITY OF PREDISSOCIATION OF MESIC MOLECULES H-MU-HE

The probability of predissociation of the HmuHe mesomolecules has been calculated for different hydrogen and helium isotopes. It is shown, t hat for pmuHe molecules the predissociation is the main channel for me somolecular decay, while for tmuHe mesomolecules the main channel is a radiative decay. The KEK data on the relative smallness of the yield of gamma-quanta from the radiative decay of mesomolecules dmuHe-3 as c ompared with dmuHe-4 can be explained if one takes into consideration the mesomolecular predissociation channel and the difference in their production rate.
