Abstract
The photodegradation of diniconazole-M ,4-dimethyl-2-(1,2,4-triazol-1- yl)-1-pentene-3-ol] was studied as thin film on glass surface under su nlight. Photoproducts were separated and identified by NMR, IR, UV and mass spectroscopy. They were characterised as the (Z)-isomer of dinic onazole-M, a cyclic alcohol and its corresponding ketone and an isoqui noline derivative.
