Abstract
The resistance-vs-current and voltage vs-current dependence of polycry stalline Y-Ba-Cu-O and Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O thin films microstrips is studied by nano- second electrical pulses. It was obtained that up to a certa in current I-c1(I-c1>I-c) thermal processes does not play any role for occurrence of dissipative state. In this case V-I curve consists of s everal direct lines which have different slopes to the current axis. T he results are discussed in terms of vortices motion in superconductin g film with several types of pinning centers.
