Abstract
Nosocomial pneumonia is sometimes preventable. In manifestation it is a challenge to the interdisciplinary cooperation to pneumologists, int ernal medicine, intensive care medicine, clinical microbiologists, nur sing staff and physiotherapists. Preventive measurements are of specia l value.
