Abstract
The complex pathogenetic therapy of severe (complicated) forms of infl uenza infection is proposed. The drugs with antioxidant, antiprotease or immunomodulating activities are used for the purpose. The clinical character of infection or stage of pathologic process are considered f or appropriate drug application. The advantages of drugs with diversif ied mechanisms of action infolved in the complex treatment of influenz a are demonstrated.
