Abstract
Spectral coefficients of spontaneous emission and absorption (for 365 nm less than or equal to lambda less than or equal to 820 nm range) du e to ion-atom radiation processes H+ + H(1s) <----> H-2(+) (1 Sigma(g) ) and H+ + H(1s) <----> H(1s) + H+ are presented. Calculations have be en performed within semiclassical approach for standard solar photosph ere and chromosphere models. The presented numerical results enable th e inclusion of considered ion-atom radiative processes in the optical depth calculation for the layers mentioned. These results might be of interest as well for other astrophysical plasmas with dominant hydroge n component and temperatures around 6000 K.
