Abstract
We report a case of renal cell carcinoma presenting with bilateral adr enal masses diagnosed by ultrasonography four years after nephrectomy. The histopathological examination of the trucut biopsy specimens obta ined percutaneously by ultrasound guidance revealed bilateral adrenal mestastases of renal cell carcinoma.
