Abstract
This case outlines an unusual presentation of an isolated ulnar fractu re which presented for the first time as an established radio ulnar sy nostosis causing marked restriction of supination and pronation of the forearm. Radioulnar synostosis following an isolated ulnar fracture i s a rare occurrence.
