It is demonstrated that with physiological concentration of Ca2+ in in
cubation medium the 1-1Q kD-fraction of the brain of genotypically col
d-adapted animal (Eguus coballus of Yakut region which is the North-Ea
stern part of ex USSR) induces in cardiomyocyte sarcolemma vesicles a
significant increase in Ca2+ active transport into external medium and
a decrease in its passive transport into vesicles.
