Abstract
This paper presents the results of an analysis of how the parameters o f a thin-film heater and the control regime affect the reflectance pro file of a mirror based on vanadium dioxide. It is shown that reflectan ce profiles close to Gaussian can be obtained. (C) 1997 The Optical So ciety of America.
