Abstract
Pure anti-Do(a) stimulated by pregnancy was detected in 2 non-transfus ed females during routine antenatal screening. Anti-Do(a) occurs rarel y and has generally been reported in combination with other antibodies . The first, and only report to date, of pure anti-Do(a) was also stim ulated by pregancy. We believe these instances to be only the second a nd third reported cases of pure anti-Do(a).
