Abstract
A 29-year-old woman presented with diffuse pulmonary nodular amyloidos is and was subsequently diagnosed as having Sjogren's syndrome. We bel ieve that this is the first case of Sjogren's syndrome presenting with secondary amyloidosis of the lung.
