Abstract
Nodular regenerative hyperplasia (NRH) of the liver is a rare entity a ssociated with autoimmune diseases, hematologic disorders and therapy with immunosuppressive agents. We describe a patient with primary Sjog ren's syndrome and NRH of the liver, the first report of this associat ion. The pathogenesis of NRH is not clear, but the presence of some ty pe of circulatory disorder is suspected.
