Assuming a ''two-peak'' characteristic phonon density of states for su
perconductors it is shown that the deviation of the electron system fr
om its equilibrium state may become substantially stronger compared wi
th a well-studied ideal model for metals. If the charge carriers inter
act with the transverse phonon modes, then the nonequilibrium deviatio
n grows additionally and the creation of inversely populated states be
comes possible.
