L. Wang et al., SEPARATION OF HYDROPHILIC SMALL PEPTIDES (GLY)(N) BY HIGH-PERFORMANCECAPILLARY ZONE ELECTROPHORESIS, Huaxue xuebao, 51(12), 1993, pp. 1174-1178
In this paper, hydrophilic small peptides differing in only one glycin
e amino acid can be successfully resolved by HPCZE. The effects of the
structure parameters and column temperature on the migration time of
these peptides have been discussed. Linear relationship between t and
root n has been found. Relative migration times have been found to be
well correlated with root M for these small peptides.
