P- and T-odd interaction produces a spin distribution with the spins d
irected along the radius in spherically symmetric quantum systems. Due
to the spin-dependent strong interaction this spin hedgehog contribut
es to P- and T-odd effects in neutron scattering, nuclear moments, etc
. In deformed nuclei the P- and T-odd interaction produces a collectiv
e magnetic quadrupole moment. This moment induces P- and T-violating e
ffects in atoms and molecules.
