Abstract
The ligand exchange reaction of Tc(V) gluconate and Re(V) gluconate wa s carried out with mercaptoacetyl triglycine (MAG(3)), mercaptoacetyl diglycine (MAG(2)) and mercaptoacetyl glycine (MAG(1)) as well as thei r methylesters. In dependence on the ligand/metal molar ratio up to th ree complexes are obtained. h single X-ray structure determination was carried out for the tetraphenylarsonium salt of [TcO(MAG(2))](-). MAG (2) methylester and MAG(1) form 2:1 complexes as the main products.
