Abstract
The Faddeev-Jackiw quantization method applied to two-dimensional supe rgravity theories is considered. In particular the supersymmetric exte nsion of the (1 + 1) Jackiw-TeiteIboim model is treated within this fr amework. The results are compared with those obtained by means of the exterior canonical formalism arising from the group-manifold approach to supergravity.
