P. Sladek et al., ANALYSIS OF THE TEMPERATURE-DEPENDENCE OF THE CPM-DERIVED OPTICAL-ABSORPTION SPECTRA OF HYDROGENATED AMORPHOUS-SILICON FILMS, Journal of non-crystalline solids, 166, 1993, pp. 363-366
The observed modifications with temperature (from 300 to 77K) of caref
ully calibrated CPM-derived optical absorption spectra, especially in
the low-energy range (h nu < 0.8 eV), are interpreted in terms of chan
ges in the transport processes as well as in the nature of the dominan
t photocarriers. The existence of a threshold temperature is derived f
rom both the CPM data and Rose factor variations.
