Abstract
Spin-dependent recombination processes in high-quality a-Si:H have bee n reported by optically detected electron spin resonance (ODESR) with the excitation energy (E(x)) varied from above the optical band gap to well below the gap. The ODESR lineshapes are obtained by measuring th e microwave induced photoluminescence (PL) transients as functions of the magnetic field.
