Abstract
First we discuss the problems of the SCL-TOF transients measured on re al solar cells in a current mode. By comparison with an independent me thod of finding of the density of states (DOS) we show that the charge Q(cc), collected in the Space-Charge-Limited (SCL) - Time of Flight ( TOF) method is clearly related to the DOS. We demonstrate that the pro blems of current mode are excluded in the integral mode SCL-TOF, for w hich we present the simple theory, within the framework of which we di scuss the new experimental results.
