Abstract
We have performed a detailed study of EDMR on a series of p-i-n solar cells of various i layer thicknesses. In this report we focus on the i nfluence of degradation on the forward dark current and the primary ph otocurrent under reverse bias. The results are compared to numerical c alculations and are consistent with the assumption that degradation re sults from an enhancement of the defect density in the bulk of the i l ayer.
