Illumination time dependences of the photoinduced ESR. signals are obs
erved in a-Si1-xNx:H (0.17 less than or equal to x less than or equal
to 0.56). The increase in the ESR signal can be described by a superpo
sition of a rapid-growth component and slow-growth component. The rapi
d-growth component decays faster after ceasing illumination than the s
low-growth component.
