Abstract
After first giving a short analysis of social background this paper sh ows the importance of school for imparting skills for dealing with con flict nonviolently. As intervention strategies it discusses possibilit ies of cooperative conflict solving, promotion of interpersonal trust, and improvement of school identification and suggests recommendations for practical application.
