Abstract
Coned sheet of St3sp low-carbon steel with sigma(0.2)=350-375 MPa (str ength classes C345 and C375) in-line strengthened in 2000 continuous w ide-strip mill is essentially equivalent to rolled low-alloy steel wit h impact strength guaranteed at -70 degrees C. Recommended for strengt hening are type St3 low-carbon steels containing less than or equal to 0.035% P and less than or equal to 0.040% S.
