Abstract
1. A mathematical model of human temperature regulation written in MS- FORTRAN for personal computer treatment is now available enabling the prediction of radial temperature profiles, of metabolic heat productio n, of blood flow and of sweat production in six body compartments for a broad spectrum of environmental conditions. 2. The computed results show a good compatibility with experimental results and may be used fo r prediction of extreme situations for which experimental data are not available.
