Abstract
A change of internal stresses (IS) is studied for the case of low temp erature annealing of electrolytical metal coatings produced from comme rcial electrolytes at stationary regimes. A decrease of IS is stared t o take place at a temperature of about (0.15-0.20)T-melt of the deposi t, when the migration and annihilation of point defects proceed most i ntensively. Heating to (0.27-0.35)T-melt leads to a complete IS Reliev ing.
