Abstract
The influence of electromagnetic fields (EMF), generated by video disp lay terminal of personal computer, supplied or not supplied with a scr een filter, on the growth of Ehrlich carcinoma transplanted subcutaneo usly or intraperitoneally inoculated leukemia L1210 in mice was studie d. There have been found both stimulating and inhibiting effects of EM F, depending on the conditions of the experiment; the screen filter ty pically modified the effect of video display terminal influences. Prob able causes of unambiguous EMF effects induced by video display termin al are discussed.
