Character of structural effects in rat hepatocyte plasmalemma (HP) and
human serum albumin (HSA), which are evoked with cisplatin were studi
ed using fluorescent methods. It was established, that in albumin macr
omolecules of HP at the action of the preparation took place conformat
ional reconstructions, which consisted in the transit of tryptophanyls
from the surface into the interior of the macromolecules and in the r
everse transition of tyrosyls. Besides, the decrease of the level of a
lbumin immersion in the lipid matrix was registered. In HSA cisplatin
