Abstract
The influence of standardized preparation of moomijo on the transplant ability and growth of 5 experimental tumors of different histogenesis in rats and mice has been studied. It was found the absence of stimula tory effect on the growth of experimental tumors after per os treatmen t with moomijo at a dose 200 mg/kg of weight. In the cases of Sarcoma- 45 in mice and Guerin's carcinoma and Pliss lymphosarcoma in rats a mi ld (30-50%) inhibition of growth rate was found.
