ISOTIPICAL SPECIAL FEATURES OF ANTIBODIES TO POLYCYCLIC AROMATIC-HYDROCARBONS IN PATIENTS WITH CANCER OF MAMMARY-GLAND, STOMACH, COLON AND RECTUM

The production of antibodies to benzanthracene in patients with cancer of mammary gland, stomach, colon and rectum was studied. The antibodi es of IgM class was discover at 5.9, 14.6 and 4.5% of patients from me ntioned groups, the antibodies of IgG class - in 7.7, 34.8 and 15.8% a ccordingly and the antibodies of IgA class - in 32.5, 21.1 and 27.2% p atients. The antibodies class IgM was reveal in 13.8%, IgG - in 25.0%, IgA - in 19.2% regress of cancer of mammary gland after combined trea tment. At progress of cancer these indicators were 2.4, 2.8 and 12.8% accordingly. it was voice a supposition that development of cancer fro m either tissue and the nature of cancer growth the process of treatme nt was depend from peculiarity of antibody response to polycyclic arom atic hydrocarbons.
