VULVAR CANCER AND OPTIMIZATION OF THE CYT OLOGICAL DIAGNOSTICS

The reasons for high prevalence of neoplastic process have been invest igated on the basis of case records of 320 patients with histologicall y verified vulvar cancer: among them inopportune taking medical advice , non-timely diagnosis of malignant processes, and tactical mistakes o f the treatment were indicated. It was proposed a new instrument (toot hed vulvar knife) for picking out cytological material which helps to raise accuracy and obtain improved cytological diagnosis of vulvar pre cancer.
