Abstract
The aim of this presentation is to analyse the mechanical and dosimetr ical parameters of the linear accelerator used in stereotactic radiosu rgery. The use of the thimble and Markus chambers, TL and film in smal l field dosimetry are investigated. To determine the optimal irradiati on technique and dose distribution, the dose volume to healthy tissue is considered.
