Abstract
We present a panning method for isolation of thymocytes that are CD3(- ), CD4(-), CD8(-) and IL-2R(+). These cells have been isolated by posi tive selection on dishes coated with 7D4 antibody followed by treatmen t with biotinylated 145-2C11, GK1.5, and 53-6.7 antibodies and negativ e selection on avidin coated dishes.
